We’ll schedule a convenient time for a quick in-person meeting with you to see your space. We’ll discuss your goals, take measurements, brainstorm ideas, and answer your questions. We then develop options that will include a design, products, and pricing. Estimates are always free.
Here are a few recommendations to help you get your space ready for installation day.
Any existing wall systems will need to be removed prior to installation day. If you’d like us to remove and discard old solutions, no problem, just let us know in advance so we can schedule extra time at the site.
If you are thinking of adding a fresh coat of paint to your walls and ceiling, now is the time. Garage Sense can refer a preferred painting partner if you’d like, just contact us.
Many homeowners use this as the perfect opportunity to go through the things they’ve accumulated over the years. We recommend creating three categories – “Keep,” “Donate,” and “Trash.” Ultimately, you want to store only the items you plan to keep.
Prior to system installation, we ask that you create space and provide access to the walls where we will be working. If you have items in your garage, please move them to the center of the floor.
We will professionally install your approved design based on the customized plan we created for your garage. Installation time varies based on the complexity of your plan; however, most jobs take 4 to 6 hours on average.
After the install, you can begin stacking and loading your new organization systems. If you’d like, the Garage Sense team can assist you with this step. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll include this in your custom plan.
